do not rent at 1635 W Morse building is infested with german cockroaches. management did not inform prior to move in and dont care. they are even increasing the rent. maintenance guy does some spray to stop lawsuits but wont fumigate or do anything else
I was a tenet here for 2 years. I enjoyed it. I never felt wronged by management. The onsite maintenance was a huge plus. I hardly had issues but, even I did (they were small annoying things like a smoke detector) It would be fixed within 12 hours. I would not have left this apartment if it weren't for my new circumstances. I highly recommend S&M Management. They kept the building clean and well organized. Been in their building for 4+ years now. Since Cynthia is the new manager we've been having problems such as harassing emails blaming us for mess in the apartment building, which is false because my children are taught to take care of what not theirs. They claim to have videos of my kids which is illegal to record under age children without consent. They allow the city and their contractors and own employees to use Illegal Low Frequency Electronic Harassment on their tenants for any reason. They even bring people into their buildings to place around the apartment to do this and provide them with your Legally Protected Lease Application and Lease information. They then utilize the City of Chicago’s illegal Gaslighting and Gang Stalking division to make sure you don’t report them.
