Horrible experience. Apartment at 1635 W Morse was filled with drain flies, cockroaches and bed bugs. Had to relocate after only 4 months of living there. This company only cares about $$ signs not resident safety. This building also has multiple property violations from there most recent inspection by the City of Chicago

I firstly want to start by saying thank you to the first manager who was involved in our moving in process 5 years ago. I believe he's name was Mata, I had a great experience until Cynthia got involved with the apt contract and management. I would highly recommend anyone whose been discriminated by her to report her to housing.
