When my friends ask 'where would you like to go dinner? ', It's like, are you kidding? Sly is a great host and if you're a F1 fan, ask for a table in the Monaco room.
Abalone Benedict as well as abalone steak with eggs next to Dutch boy caramelized apple pancakes covered in berries. I have eaten at restaurants around the world and never seen abalone eggs benedict until I stopped and paused while walking back from the main walk in Carpinteria, California. Sly's is unique. Fantastic food and service. Plus photos by the Ansel Adams of car photography,Jesse Alexander. Who could ask for more? The pasta primavera was the freshest I've ever had and the spaghetti Caruso is a bold choice!!!
Great food, morning, noon, or night. Best chili I've ever had, made with filet mignon. Love the Dutch baby pancake for breakfast.
