Tai has been more than amazing. For the first time I met with her. I was able to discuss symptoms that I experience and she was able to guide me through each and every one of them. I also have a challenging cultural background and she was able to see that. Greatly appreciate her continued support
Throughout my treatment with Dr. Tai I had several issues with her accounts receivables. I was told that I owe balance when I clearly had paid my balance upfront. Few months after my treatment ended, I am receiving "past due" invoices from her team. She also refuses to submit my records to my new therapist until I pay these "past due" balances dated of 2021. Please beware of the scam.
She is the worst provider for those in need of help! My husband was referred to this doctor and he had an emergency situation on the same day as his appointment. He offered to send her the records of this emergency to prove he wasn’t just cancelling his appointment just because. She opted not to have them sent and then claimed that’s she’s never heard of an emergency ultrasound! Really? Since when doesn’t that happen in the medical field when it comes to gastric issues? Since I was requested by this place of business and owner, Tai, to leave a review, I most certainty will. This healthcare provider has given me the run around multiple times. I was told I could not be put on a certain medication because my insurance would not allow it. Following that conversation, I researched (a simple google search) and found that the medication just needed to be preapproved.
