Terrible and expensive
So disappointed!!! After the remodel, now I no longer get hand dried for without spending almost twice as much!!! Less for more might be a good business model but it’s no way to win customers. My wife and I will be canceling our memberships and going somewhere else (or just doing it at home).
I called up to cancel my Membership because they quit drying my car and wouldn’t let me add it on. I sent a complaint into the corporate because the management was unprofessional and very rude. After my corporate complaint, I have still not received a call from the company. I would rather go somewhere and play double the price then deal with someone who just wants to steal my money.
Horrible experience. The lady who processes payment was extremely rude and charged me $40 for a basic wash/vacuum for a Kia Sorrento claiming it is oversized. My car was not properly vacuumed and the interior was not wiped down. Asked to speak with a Manager but was ignored.
I had a great experience at this car wash. I visited on October 12, 2024, to have my car cleaned inside and out, and they did a fantastic job. I noticed recently they were adding free vacuums and full-service lanes, which is a nice addition. However, it would be even better if they could stay open later than 6 PM like the three other sites. This car wash is conveniently located on my way home from work, and having extended hours would benefit people traveling down 2499 who want to stop for a quick wash.
