This is the best property management company in Midland! I have worked with them for a few months and I have had nothing but a great experience. I definitely recommend them to anyone!
They have been managing my properties for 5+ years and it's been extremely easy and pleasant working with them the entire time! They always consult me promptly for large expenses, cleanly articulate cash flows, and otherwise handle everything without me needing to do any work. Their accumulated experience makes me feel confident that i'm making the best informed choices and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to buy, sell, or rent in the Midland area.
nice people, but ran my property to the ground. So happy now that's over. Learned so much from this bad experience.
