The first realtor we had wasn't very helpful. I picked her, because her picture on the website made her look bright, and sunny. She was just the opposite in person. We switched realtors to someone else that is in the same office. She was friendly, and smiled a lot. She was very helpful at first. Talking about the hoses as we were looking at them.
