This is my personal favorite 螺蛳粉 restaurant in south bay area. I’m not a 广西人, so I don’t know if it is 100% authentic but it really suits my taste.
This place is a bit hard to notice, but I'm glad I found it. We got 2 mains, 2 sides, and a plum juice, and everything here was really good. Most Chinese food in the area is very Americanized and not very authentic, it's good to see a place like this outside of Cupertino. The XLB's were decent, the stinky tofu was amazing, and the Beef Offal rice noodle & Braised Beef Ramen were really good.
Food looks good, service is good but the AI slop posters have got to go. Have some respect for your presentation, especially if you're up and coming.
Looks good and flavorful. The noodle pairs well with plum juice especially if you order it spicy.
