Poor Quality Products and Service If I could, I would give this company ZERO stars. About 1.5 years ago, I went to Slumberland to purchase a sofa and loveseat with a budgeted amount provided to me by my parents for new college furniture. Poor Merchandise that the Store won't stand behind We recently took delivery of a couch purchased at slumber land. Turns out the packaging did not include the right legs for the couch or all the bolts for the legs provided. Seems easy enough to remedy as they had that exact model on the floor. Instead they were more attached to keeping those exact legs on that floor model than they were to having a satisfied customer. Slumberland does not stand behind its merchandise or the warranty I purchased a sofa from Slumberland. I accidentally spilled a cup of coffee on the arm of the sofa and immediately contacted Stainsafe to file a claim. The claim was honored by Stainsafe after a lot of haggling (6 months worth). When I went to Slumberland to find a replacement piece of furniture, I learned that the regional manager at Slumberland was not going to honor my approved Stainsafe claim by replacing the damaged sofa with an item of similar value (as ... read more
Nice furniture store They have a large selection of great quality furnitures, in addition, they have a section for clearance items. They sell an optional warranty program to cover your furniture. The store is divided into different sections; bedding, dining, living room, and mattress. They also offer delivery at additional cost, which you can schedule the delivery whenever you want it, you even can put the item you buy on hold within certain time.
Slumberland furniture I've purchased furniture here a few times before. The reason I bought it here was because I couldn't afford Pottery Barn's prices. I'm satisfied with my stuff but I don't think it's the greatest. They staff were friendly and helpful. So were the staff at the other 4 furniture stores I checked out also. The prices are affordable and they always have a sales ad in the sunday paper.
Nice furniture This is a great place to buy a bed... I mean, slumberland, I know, but they do have lovely bedroom sets. Matching beds, dressers, large ones, and nights stands. Beautiful woods.
