Only go if you have a death wish and don’t want any concern followed up on and have 3 hours to wait to see a doctor for 10 minutes and not actually get listened to and have all your concerns minimized.
Very nice staff. They claim “informed medicine,” and they do keep patients informed. I enjoy going here. Only thing is the parking, you have to park in the visitors garage and that costs money.
The office has a rule where, if you're 15 minutes late, they won't see you (which is fine, and understandable; this is standard at most doctors' offices). I was 13 minutes late due to unexpected traffic on the highway and on Grand, right around the corner, due to the hospital construction and they refused to see me because "the doctor was seeing another patient". They didn't even ask if I was willing to wait or anything. They just told me to reschedule for another day as if I had the freedom to ask for multiple days off work... read more
