Came in with a friend to try our first class. The front desk person was not friendly who turned out to be the trainer,never going back to the studio because this was the worst trainer personality and guidance wise Ive ever experienced.
I was out of shape when I first came to SLT. I love that the machines truly do Strengthen Lengthen and Tone to a point where in just a few classes, my body started to change and I felt stronger. Casidhe is a phenomenal teacher who easily teaches the new students while pushing the advanced. Her focus on the students and not just the movements is surely the reason I am improving physically.
I sometimes have a hard time hearing instruction w the mics. Otherwise I love it!
