Horrible company. SLS, now, Newrez. I always include my insurance payments in my monthly payment so they can pay it when it renews. They received two letters of renewal by my insurance company. They argue they never received it. I called them the last day it was due to ask them if they had. They said they didn’t. They apologized and this gentleman named Brandon said he would get on the phone to pay it and rest asure he would. He didn’t. It was canceled. This has to we the worst mortgage company on the planet! Their creativity in the accounting department is nothing less than fraudulent!!!
Horrible company, always scamming for a fee, kicking back checks when accounts have money.. Be cautious and check your fees.
Worst mortgage company you ever want to do business with no one can help you ask for supervisor never can speak with them so I paid off my loan in full and I don't have to deal with them again
