Madison was amazing to work with on my new Sprinter Van purchase. She guided me through the pros of each set up I was looking at and help me find the perfect one. When it arrived, it was exactly as described. I will definitely be calling Madison when I rack up the miles on this one. A+++
Beware! This may not apply to all of you reading, as I am an out of state buyer, however, how I am treated by them, and especially Adrian, their General Manager, will potentially apply to you. First, these luxury Sprinter vans are not cheap, they go over $200k. From the beginning, they missed their delivery date to me, and I told them just to keep it, I’d buy from someone on the West Coast. They insisted they would ship it, and I eventually got it. Highly recommend SLS. This place treats you like family. The staff is extremely hardworking, knowledgeable and they do everything possible to fix any issues. Their INDOOR showroom is beautifully done and has more custom sprinters than you can count with all sorts of layouts and options. We loved getting to see and touch all the different options.
