SLPM manages two properties for us in San Leandro and has done an excellent job where other companies either didn't care or didn't try to market our properties. We were having a real problem find tenants for our Washington Manor property and other companies try to push people with credit issues saying "that was the best our there". The people that work here are utterly incompetent. And when they need to get involved to say ... help with issues of the Insurance to Protect Property owners whom they serve, their prevailing attitude is that of Absolute Apathy. The words of the "esteemed" Senior Association Manager, ***** **** are literally "I don't want to get involved." Buyer / Property owner seeking property managers, look elsewhere.

Here is the boards response to the complaint: The board members have been very diligent in repairing the damages brought upon the negligence from the previous management company. SLPM has brought the entire community to work together and collaborate ideas to apply in beautifying the property. They collected credit check fees. After 3 weeks no word or notice regarding the apartment my daughter was trying to rent. They kept showing the place to collect fees. Unfair business practices.

The initial applications was initiated on ******* *** ****. There were subsequent applications to follow that were attached to this original application that were not received until the 17th. Numerous emails were sent back and forth whereas we requested documentation. It was not until October 24th that the initial documents requested were received.
