My rating would be less than 1/2 a start I recommend not using SLPM, or Grace the Manager of our HOA. She has manipulated the naive new board members for her benefit She hires her husband any time work is needed without getting bids. she hires her family as vendors. She has violated our CCR's by increasing our board from 3-4. she fails to respond to my emails when I am a board member.
