This was my first time here, and the whole experience was a 10/10! My server was great, and the food was amazing. To top it all off, the hospitality was even better. It started raining as I was leaving, and the assistant district manager (Scarlet) personally walked me out under her umbrella so I wouldn’t get wet! It’s such a nice, chill vibe, and I’ll definitely be returning!
We had a BBQ platter and my favourite was the juicy, fatty brisket! The chicken, green beans and fries were great, too! Unfortunately, I'm not a fan of cornbread, so I can't comment on it. There were also lots of sauce options on the table, which was nice to try ☺️
It's amazing when a place first starts how much they value customer service. I've been coming here since 2006. Loved the food loved the service. Recently I took my 3 kids and wife for the first time. Walked in asked for a booth. Hostess/manager said we have no booths. I look over to my left and there are 2 booths 15 feet from the main entrance. I said well what about those. I went to Slows 5 days in a row on my trip to Detroit and The food and Service was amazing every single time! Scarlet, Cass, and a bunch others were great to deal with. Will be coming back every time I’m in Detroit!
