I came in with my mother in extreme pain from a wisdom tooth. They office staff was unsympathetic & unpleasant but I didn’t really mind because of the pain I was in. I had a migraine & could barely see strait but I had to fill out paperwork before I could be seen. I know it was necessary but I think it is more than understandable that I might have missed a section/answered something wrong. The doctor seemed to have no patience for the mistakes on my paperwork. Dr Slott treated my TMJ Disfunction, stating he was the only specialist in NFL for jaw issues. He treated me with horrible therapies that destroyed my jaw cartledge. Then tells me he's not qualified to make a medical dx of my condition. This is after sucking 2 years of money from my insura ce. I am 10 times worse after seeing the him.
Unprofessional and felt totally disrespected. Front office people giggled and laughed at me. Not welcoming or hospitable. Terrible experience go elsewhere. Customer service revamp is a must for this place. Clean house and start over your crew is burnt out and need to be fired. Also was referred to this place by Jose Davila. They must have some kind of insider scam going on. Trash place. Never NEVER DO BUSINESS WE THESE SHADY CHARACTERS!!!!
I am a fellow dental provider and for some reason every time I call, every single worker that answers has an attitude. I don't understand the lack of customer service. Its pretty sad. Do better.
I very rarely submit reviews so when I do it's because an impact was truly made on me. I have visited this office twice, and both times I was incredibly unimpressed. Dr. Slott was wonderful. He was polite and professional. However, unfortunately it did not change the way that I view this office.
