No compassion or empathy, no help whatsoever with concerns. She is very rude!!! Im looking for someone else, as this woman spends about 2 minutes with you and that's it. God forbid if you have any questions!!!
This place is the worst. Needed a prescription refill, tried calling for several days- could NOT get through. Went to the office, found the blinds closed, lights out- but the door was unlocked. Went inside and found the office staff sitting there with the PHONES OFF THE HOOK. Found out the doctor was away, but then the staff lied about the phones when we asked why we couldn’t get through. Very unprofessional. Wish there was a better option close by.
I could not have been more pleased. I thought Dr. Sloan was very professional. She listened to my concerns. She tried her best to work out a solution that worked for us both. Can’t ask for more.
If I could give 0 stars I would !!! Dr. Slone has zero empathy. My visit took about 2 minutes top. She could care less about my concerns and talked over me while I was speaking. Very unprofessional. Please don’t waste your time coming here.
Thank you for getting back to my sister. Amazing how when a bad review is posted, things get going in the right direction. Still need a little bit better on customer service but I'll give you 4 stars for now instead of 1.
