This woman should not be practicing medicine! Her lack of care and poor patient attention makes her a danger to those who are seeking care. My uncle visited and on the first visit she misdiagnosed him as a diabetic and failed to do even a basic examination! She was rude and dismissive and didn’t listen to his concerns.
Should have heeded the bad reviews. Asked why I was there and what I eat/do in a typical day. I told her my days aren't typical but only got a couple words in when she told me "no wonder, you're diet consists of only sugar and poison". (it doesn't) I just got in an atypical day and 2 items of rare foods before she cut me off again before I could tell her foods I usually eat, as I'm actively eating more protein and vegetables. I love going there she gives me a good review and she impressed I lost weight I love dr Helen alone love her love her love her love her
The doctor herself was ok and quite professional but her support staff is very very poor and unprofessional .they left a lot to be desired.
For how quick the visits with the doctor actually are it's near impossible to get a hold of these guys they don't have enough phones 90% of the time I just get the offices closed even though they're open for another 4 hours
