My boyfriend and I just purchased our first home together—one of the beautiful Juniper townhomes from Slokker Homes—and we couldn’t be more excited! I had a fantastic experience working with this builder and their team, especially Hayley. From start to finish, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Hayley was incredibly helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Everything went off without a hitch, and the client was extremely happy with the end result. I truly appreciate the level of service and attention to detail, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend working with Hayley and the team again.
I am not sure what all these reviewers bought but the Aspen Springs condos have alot of issues. Everything from paint, baseboards, uneven floors, paper-thin ceilings, cold floors in winter and suite extremely hot in spring/summer, windows not installed properly, not to mention garage storage units are a joke...some huge and most tiny....etc. Low quality workmanship and one small elevator! Quartz countertops are nice...I'm being generous giving a 2 rating.
Gabriel is the man you should meet with when looking at Slokker. He was incredibly patient, flexible with the frantic schedule, and is quite knowledgeable about the entire company / portfolio and Slokker developments around the city! He clearly knows his stuff and I will reemphasize just how patient he is.
