I had a fantastic experience working with this builder and their team, especially Hayley. From start to finish, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Hayley was incredibly helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Everything went off without a hitch, and the client was extremely happy with the end result. I am not sure what all these reviewers bought but the Aspen Springs condos have alot of issues. Everything from paint, baseboards, uneven floors, paper-thin ceilings, cold floors in winter and suite extremely hot in spring/summer, windows not installed properly, not to mention garage storage units are a joke...some huge and most tiny....etc. Low quality workmanship and one small elevator! Quartz countertops are nice...I'm being generous giving a 2 rating.
