I have owned a condo at the Verve since its construction. Currently Slokker has forced residents out of their titled parking stalls in order to connect a parkade to their new rental building. Slokker gave 10 days notice to vacate owned titled parking stalls and has caused extreme stress on owners and tenants. Multiple letters have been sent to Slokker management and they have refused to communicate in any way to residents of the Verve. They have claimed they are “covering the full cost of parking for residents” however th... read more
Presently dealing with Slokker in the east village, they are strong-arming owners in a parkade adjacent to a development they are building. They are bad faith builders, I wouldn’t trust them to build a sandwich.
Although I haven’t purchased a home yet, I wanted to share how positive my experience has been with Slokker Homes so far. Gabriel has been incredibly helpful, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explain my options, and never made me feel pressured. His friendly attitude and excellent communication have made exploring a future home purchase a great experience.
My wife and I bought our first home here with the help of Hayley. She was great to deal with, approachable and friendly. Everything had been so good and smooth so far. I hope the maintenance team is as good as the sales team.
