Slohi flats is managed by Wheelhouse Apartments. Wheelhouse Apartments is a terrible management company. Avoid signing a lease here at all costs! They don’t clean their apartments before you move in, and the lease has something called a quiet enjoyment clause where you waive your right to quiet enjoyment of the property. Quiet enjoyment covers all sorts of basic amenities including water, heat, snow removal (which is big if your apartment has outside steps) and having a clean unit.
