Expect the terrible service you get when a company has a monopoly in an area. Terrible communication, terrible scheduling, staff doesnt call back, and their help for extreme pain is "your doctor is out until next Tuesday and his staff is busy. Take Tylenol and advil." I literally couldn't use my arm, but Tylenol will fix it. Unbelievable!! They only care about the U of O athletes. Everyone else is treated like garbage.
They take on far more patients than they can reasonably handle, which leads to extremely long wait times for appointments. Patients are left waiting for months, even when care is clearly needed. Their priority is money. I will not be returning to this office.
It is so hard to get ahold of anyone via phone at Slocum. Be aware that if you leave a message for medical records, they will never call you back.
Great customer service
I am so very glad you are here for my son but it is so cold in the lobby area and I have on my winter ware of double layers and and an outer coat . I wish I had hand warmers
