My experience at Slocum was absolutely amazing! The doctors were unforgettable and my healing process was fast and almost painless. Everyone there was outstanding and the service was great. Highly recommend. (Also the cafe on the first floor is delicious!) I had Dr. van der Horst, she was so great!
If I could rate a negative number I most certainly would! I was referred to Dr Tuman for a 2nd opinion on a retorn rotator cuff. He had them do Xrays upon check in which baffles me because he did not look at them as far as I know since he did not discuss them with me! He looked at the MRI from a year prior when I saw another doctor who was more concerned with sending me to a brain and spine specialist for compression even though the MRI clearly shows a tear! Hi I'm jon Tyler. I'm supposed to get a hip replacement on August 22nd. I know that they're busy but my pain is so extreme and getting worse every week. When I finally met with my hip replacement doctor which was about a month from my jury and 2 weeks since I met my nurse practitioner it keeps getting more painful. I called slocum and asked if there's anythsing they could do perhaps a shot the lady on the phone said that would set me back a couple of months like I'm starting all over again. I LOVE ALICIA! She is so cool, and so funny and I had a great time chatting with her. All of the surgery nurses are great and so pretty. I love you guys. And they gave me ginger ale. It was really good. Thank you nurses and especially Alicia!
