Both my Doctors I really thought highly of but one who is a gynecologist either, her staff did not write proper numbers on my insurance coverage. I never got an answer from their resourced business office. They are totally incompetent. My insurance did not cover a CA 125 nor a Utra sound when they had before. I have Medicaid and Blue Cross. My mother died of Ovarian Cancer. So, I do not want these tests on a whim. I had bloodwork done today and i had to bring my 3-year-old daughter with me. We went to the lab upstairs. Shy took my blood. Absolutely AMAZING with my daughter. Showed her everything that was happening, went over the colors of the different tubes, let her touch the band that went on my arm. Best experience ever.

Let me tell you. August I had blood work ordered by the NP in Dr Sayed office At Slocum Dixon. As I was leaving her office the NP told me if there was anything wrong with the labs she would call me. Labs came in, saw them in my portal, waited a week for her to call… she did not… got on the Portal and request she call me about my lab results… She wrote me back and said she would discuss them with me at my next appoint… ALMOST 2 weeks away. I want thank Dr Harris for his professionalism and having a great personality.while handing my procedures in having cataracts removed fromy eyes. I was amazed by the speed in which it took to get each eye done. Dr Harris is a young doctor handling great responsibility and I commend hiim for (JOB WELL DONE)
