Professional and caring one of the cleanest health buildings in the error. Staff and doctors are beyond understanding and caring.

They declined to see my 17-month-old son for his vaccination, citing our 14-minute tardiness as the reason. Considering their already lengthy average wait time of 45 minutes, their decision seemed unsympathetic. The hospital, in my opinion, is overhyped and doesn't live up to its reputation. They initially rescheduled our appointment to a month from now. However, today, we received a call informing us that the original doctor would be unavailable, and they would reschedule with a different doctor a month from now.
Most staff are nice but there are a few that are not very safety/security conscious. They go out at end of the day & leave doors unsecured placing the cleaning crew and maintenance/security worker in possible danger & when told to close doors properly, many get snippy! Hows that for a run on sentence?
