I have never experienced such uncaring, incompetent staff.The medical side is excellent, but the support staff doesn't seem to care enough to return calls. No one can answer the phone or return calls in anywhere near an acceptable time line. Very frustrating.
Son broke his foot being a teenager. A friend recommended the Rapid Action Clinic before going to Urgent Care. They got us in that morning and x-ray was part of intake. We were able to get a diagnosis, splint and care plan all in one appointment. 10/10 would recommend for suspicion of broken bones
My son broke his arm at school They talked to him they listened and they never stopped talking to help keep him clam they did amazing!
So I was going to Slocum for knees injections and I also was seen for pain in my right wrist and they said I need a knee replacement and surgery to my right wrist..but I had to stop and put this on hold due to me having Bladder cancer and being treated for that..So I call Slocum and ask to get setup to start knee injections again and they tell me the next appointment with the doctor I was seeing is 90 days out and I ask is there anyone I can see sooner ( I'm not picky) they say no to change doctors will take 6 months..WOW S... read more
