Got in quickly and got an accurate diagnosis from Dr. Koester who was fantastic for our 15 year old autistic son. Had an MRI ordered which took 2 weeks for the prior auth then another week and a half for the appt. I told the scheduler that our son had autism and that he would do fine but I just wanted to warn the MRI tech so that they were prepared and that I could go in with him to help if needed. I really appreciate Dr. Aggrey for doing such a great job on my knee replacement surgery! It feels great! I also appreciate his P.A. Dr Shortreed. She gave me great post surgery advice. I want to also say that Slocom does a great job at preparing you for the procedure and gives you a detailed printout of every step. I'm so glad that Dr. Aggrey had me do pre-surgery physical therapy. It made a huge difference and I was allowed to go home the same day as my surgery. Thank you to everyone at Slocom!

My experience with Trisha Lacey PA was far below acceptable patient care. As someone who works in health care, I would have been written up or fired if I treated patients the way she treated me. She did not listen, her communication was harsh, and she showed little empathy during my post shoulder surgery recovery. I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Slocum Orthopedics that reflects a complete lack of professionalism and patient care. While I was a college student, they mishandled my billing and made no meaningful effort to resolve it. They claim they called me once, and because my voicemail was full, they simply gave up and sent my account straight to collections.
