4.0 out of 5 stars Refillable, YES CONFIRMED, BUT... It does what its supposed to do. YES it can be refilled, BUT the counterclockwise twisting to refill the pen is harder and feels like something will break because plastic Does Break inside. The official website even states this, but not on the physical packaging. Fortunately, the paint pen Still Works as intended, only without the clicking sound and feel, and thereafter will turn more smoothly.

1.0 out of 5 stars One time use! unable to Reus these pans more than once! Once the pens are empty, you cannot refill them! That is a waste of money and I wish I had known that prior to purchasing them. No problem filling them up, no problem using them but once you use all of the paint they are only good for the garbage. I think it would have also been better to add a sponge tip for even coverage.

3.0 out of 5 stars Great for my project Worked great for my project. My only complaint would be to be able to refill the paint pen. Once you've twisted a pen the first time to empty, it's done. These are pretty expensive for them not to be refillable. They work well once you get paint in them, but it's a messy job and you easily get air bubbles and it's tough to get the pen filled up. So You don't really get your money's worth.

These are plastic syringes available from many sources for as little as $.50 each when coupled with a needle or small bore tubing will do the same task. One could easily use a school child paint brush for any touch-up work. In all, I cannot give this product any postive rating. Returned with annoyance Within minutes I was able to find quite comparable setups for $6.95 for a pack of ten.
