Why only three stars then? Because the packaging insists that it’s refillable, but that’s definitely not the case. Instructions says to simply twist it counterclockwise, yet that just breaks the plastic teeth that moves the plunger up, ensuring that it won’t move either way. I followed the instructions on their website (remove brush, turn upside down, and rotate counter clockwise until you hear a click). Unfortunately that did not work. There is a stopper that prevents the pen from turning counter clockwise. If you twist hard enough you hear a click of the stopper breaking and the pen stops moving regardless of which way you turn. Once you use all of the paint in the pen, there is no way to refill them because the bottom has been twisted all the way down and cannot be reset. I'm disappointed because I went through the paint too fast and now have to purchase another set for more touch-ups. If you're looking for a one-time use paint pen, though, these are easy to fill and work well.
1.0 out of 5 stars Not so good I bought these a while ago put the paint in it when I went to use it the paint on the brush was dried up. I twisted the end of the tube as directed and the brush popped off and paint and everything squirted out everywhere.
