I love going to Sloat, they always seem to have exactly the right plant , I never go away empty handed. And most importantly there is someone readily available to help you out with advice or to find what you are looking for.
I love how they categorize their plants by care type: shade, sun, houseplant, etc. Cozy and cute store design. I would spend at least 2 hours here.

I was looking for a specific species of geraniums and a specific size and shape of a planter for our. A staff member helped me find what I needed and gave advice I was seeking, including about the type and amount of soil I needed. I could not be happier!
