Courteous staff. Exceptional service. Fast turn around time. Best service department I've experienced in 30 years of riding.
I will not ever be purchasing anything from sloans!!!! They are rude and very inconsiderate. They refused to exchange a part that was messed up on their behalf after already stating they would fix it. Worst dealings with ever!

As a woman I knew I wouldn't be taken seriously by most. I am located in Clarksville and tried another motorcycle dealership here and the guy was extremely rude. However when I called Sloan's I was treated with the up most respect. I was taken seriously, they worked with me on price and sold me my bike over the phone. We had a great experience here! bought an Outlander 450 and David Anderson and everyone else was great! I called q few days ahead and told him what I wanted, when I came in, everything was ready! highly recommend Sloans and David Anderson!!
I bought a Talon from here and have had nothing but problems out of it , it overheats and stalls out on a regular basis after being fixed by here because of intakes not being connected from factory, its been ti the shop 3 times,this last time they said they were a month out I asked to speak to gm ,he wasn't in ,I emailed 3 times with no response for a business that prides themselves for customer service after the sale this is unacceptable..i have a 20,000 dollar lemon in my garage... its literally been offroad less than 10 t... read more
