Dr. Pollack has great bedside manner and I never feel rushed. Her office provided two options for me with a jaw/clenching issue that has caused me neck pain for years. One option was ~$100 and the other was ~$5700. I did not feel pressured to go with the more expensive option.

Dr. Thompson is genuine, caring and kind. She is also fun! She has a passion for dentistry and is the best dentist I’ve ever had. Highly recommend.

The Hampden Dental Group was close, and my dentist had closed her office, due to the building being torn down for a new structure. I looked at Kaploe's picture on the website, found her to look kind and pretty, caring. I made an appointment, and found the office to be a 'clinic' type situation, where dental work is discussed, not done, oh, and DDS Kaploe is not as pictured, not close. within 30 minutes of my appointment start the hygenist alerted the doctor who prpared a $17,000 treatment plan for me when my former dentist had no such findings and I had just seen him 4=months prior. Newly found dentist is keeping my cost under $5,000

After relocating from the Bay Area, I searched long and hard to find a dentist that I felt had a "gift" at their trade. Clearly Dr. Pollack and her team not only understand the value of customer service, they are professional and great at their job! Dr. Pollack and her staff are amazing! I would recommend this office to all my friends and family! ??

she was very nice and professional but very rough when giving me a crown. Her movements made my mouth and gums sore and had abrasions on inside and outside of mouth

Run, don't walk. Dr. Pollack bought a good practice at Sloan's Lake, changed the location, building, staff, standard of dental care and business model, and expected legacy patients not to notice the differences. This one did. After Dr. Pollack told me that my fillings were falling out and needed to be replaced, I left. (I'd also been getting sub-standard cleanings). Then I found another dentist, old school and honest. Upon her initial thorough exam, she found my fillings to be just fine.
