This entire complex is an absolute scam. It was built in probably the 70s or early 80s and has not been updated since. The neighborhood is sketchy as could be. It's A block away from a halfway house, and there are at least 5 to 10 homeless people just wandering through the neighborhood every single day. For the year that I've lived here, there's been multiple car break-ins, a shooting, amongst many other complaints. Security is non-existent here. If you can afford to move here, don’t. I regret not moving when I had the chance to. - Cars are not safe here and instead of installing security cameras every resident here was blackmailed to sign up with ParkM. - While the parking lots are being refinished we can’t park along the main road anymore or we get tickets from ParkM and it absolutely feels like we’re being setup and exploited.
