If I could leave 0 stars I would ! The management team here does not care about residents at all! Can’t even park in my paid parking spot that I have to pay 600 a year for! I’m just told to park somewhere else! Also it’s supposed to be a non smoking complex but they ignore any type of reasonable complaint! Only want to handle a problem if it involves there management team! If you have a problem in your apartment you’re on your own !!
Would not recommend living here. Poor management – they are slow to respond and unhelpful when there are concerns. The floors and ceilings are extremely thin, so you can hear everything from your neighbors. The location is close to Colfax, nearby homeless activity. The bathrooms are cramped with tiny toilets, and package delivery is unpredictable. The only positive is the maintenance crew.
I moved here with my family a few weeks ago and couldn't be happier! Debby Hansen has been amazing to work with getting moved into our new home. The property is beautiful and you can tell that Debby is happy to help and friendly as can be. There is a big community vibe here. I would certainly recommend this property to anyone looking to move. It's pet friendly, spacious and clean. I'm proud to call Sloan's Lake apartments home.
