Management is basically useless if you have an issue with a neighbor. There has been an on-going issue with a woman who has 3 aggressive dogs who have personally attacked me multiple times. I have chatted with MULTPLE neighbors who have been having the same issue. No one can walk by this persons apartment without being charged and attacked by her dogs. Showed up for a confirmed tour and noone eas there. They were also not there to pick up calls. After waiting for 20 minutes after our appointment time, we left.
