If you can afford to move here, don’t. Management is basically useless if you have an issue with a neighbor. There has been an on-going issue with a woman who has 3 aggressive dogs who have personally attacked me multiple times. I have chatted with MULTPLE neighbors who have been having the same issue. No one can walk by this persons apartment without being charged and attacked by her dogs. Showed up for a confirmed tour and noone eas there. They were also not there to pick up calls. After waiting for 20 minutes after our appointment time, we left.
Stay far away! There have been several safety concerns since moving here. Such as multiple dumpster divers, homeless frequently hanging out in the grill area and a shooting 500 ft from our window. But my vehicle being stolen from their unsecured parking garage was the last straw. After discovering my vehicle missing, I went to the leasing office to discuss the possibility of it mistakenly being towed or if there were cameras. Both answers were no.
