Terrible property and property management. I would really not recommend moving here. I dealt with an upstairs neighbor for years with banging, stomping and woodshop like noises at all hours of the day and night and management did nothing about it. Suspicious activity occurring in apartments around the property, my bike was stolen off of my second floor balcony, my mail was stolen various times (two times of which many hundreds of dollars were used on my credit card-and no compensation or empathy from the property at all). I just moved here and they are super nice and friendly!! I love the trees, the trail and the dog park! I can finally let my husky run free in a dog park. I also love that they are super animal lovers. The first thing I noticed was the animal treats in their office!! . My old apartment complex would constantly call and complain about my husky sitting on our balcony (I was home) when he was minding his own business and tearing his own toys apart.
