Happy with my apartment, pricing and staff
Do not stay at this place! Place falls apart, managers are terrible and do not care about your living experience. We had a loud upstairs neighbor that we complained about constantly and the management did absolutely nothing. Your car will get broken into by homeless people. We had 2 referrals for friends to live there and we were supposed to get $250 back from each referral after they lived there for 6 months and didn't receive a dime. I rarely write reviews, but my recent interactions with this apartment complex have left me so frustrated that I feel it’s important to share my experience and warn others. After Greystar took over the complex to the time that I finally left in 2024, it was nothing but a series of constant issues and poor service. First, I dealt with ongoing communication problems and safety issues during my time living here (my car was broken into in the covered parking garage TWICE). If I could leave 0 stars I would ! The management team here does not care about residents at all! Can’t even park in my paid parking spot that I have to pay 600 a year for! I’m just told to park somewhere else! Also it’s supposed to be a non smoking complex but they ignore any type of reasonable complaint! Only want to handle a problem if it involves there management team! If you have a problem in your apartment you’re on your own !!
