Absolutely the worse experience in my 50 years of car buying. Sales manager was rude and difficult to negotiate with, undervalued the trade-in based on KBB by several thousand dollars, had overpriced used cars, new cars marked up above list price, the process takes forever. This dealership at one time was very nice but I noticed the seats in the waiting room have torn seats, maybe they've fallen on hard times
I have been buying cars for over 40 years.....I have never seem a more inept company. Josh, the sales manager, has been more than frustrating He is good at passing the problem to the next guy....the General Manager doesn't return the first or the second call.....I can't wait to see how bad the service department is....I am sure they too will disappoint.
