Absolutely the worst realty company I've ever dealt with. Doesn't take care of the property. Doesn't notify with any changes to rental agreement. I was forced out of a house with 2 weeks notice due to their negligence. They do not care about loyal tenants. Avoid at all costs!!
I just went to a showing and there is no person and they gave me the wrong code to the lockbox. Tried calling but nobody picks up.

I am super busy right now opening a restaurant and moving houses simultaneously. I was not able to make my deposit payment during normal business hours and Shannon Goodwin came in on her day off to assist me. These folks are super understanding and very friendly!!! There was even a “welcome home” basket with moving supplies and doggie treats! They really go out of there way to go the extra mile for customer service. I’m very happy to be leading a Sloane property
