We have been to OIB quite a few times and this is by far the worst stay ever. The house could use a good clean as it looked as they rushed through it and didn’t really care about making sure it was up to standards. We payed for the pool to be heated and have beautiful porches with great views as we spent the money to be ocean front and can’t even enjoy as it is covered with sand nats and love bugs. Don’t book if there is any chance you may need to cancel. They won’t explain this to you at booking, will actually promise to refund your money if need be. They then charge you hundreds in booking, cancellation fees and the difference in the new rental rate, all while they have re-booked the property for the higher rate.
Purchasing my home was accomplished because of Mr. Kyle Gray's ambition and ability to manage multiple tasks. He always gave good advice and was quick to reply to my concerns. I enthusiastically recommend Kyle Gray.
We arrived 20 minutes before the office was closing and Cathy, the manager at Sunset Beach was extremely rude. We told her we were having issues and she interrupted us and said, “let me just ask you something(very rude voice), why wait until right before closing to call and complain? I said, “we just got here and there is mold everywhere”. She acted as if we were a bother. She told me she would up charge me and move me to another room. Rented an ocean front home for a week in May. Cannot express the level of disappointment I have with everything related to our rental experience. The home was absolutely filthy. We spent our first full day of vacation cleaning, (alongside the Sunday morning visit from the man Sloane did send to clean the very stained upholstery in the living room.) It was nice to see that there was an agent on site today. It’s Saturday and we were in town for the day. Wyndi was the agent and she brought us to her office took her mask off and she was sick! Coughing with sinus issues and a fever blister! Stay home if you are sick! Unbelievable
