Don’t book if there is any chance you may need to cancel. They won’t explain this to you at booking, will actually promise to refund your money if need be. They then charge you hundreds in booking, cancellation fees and the difference in the new rental rate, all while they have re-booked the property for the higher rate.

We arrived 20 minutes before the office was closing and Cathy, the manager at Sunset Beach was extremely rude. We told her we were having issues and she interrupted us and said, “let me just ask you something(very rude voice), why wait until right before closing to call and complain? Rented an ocean front home for a week in May. Cannot express the level of disappointment I have with everything related to our rental experience. The home was absolutely filthy. We spent our first full day of vacation cleaning, (alongside the Sunday morning visit from the man Sloane did send to clean the very stained upholstery in the living room.) It was nice to see that there was an agent on site today. It’s Saturday and we were in town for the day. Wyndi was the agent and she brought us to her office took her mask off and she was sick! Coughing with sinus issues and a fever blister! Stay home if you are sick! Unbelievable
