Recently, it became necessary for me to sell a relative's condominium in the San Diego area. I got Josh's name through a friend of my husband and the experience couldn't have been better. I have never sold a house before. I had a lot of anxiety about it and knew absolutely nothing. I made some meetings with different realtors and that's how I met Josh.
