Sloan Convention Center's idea of catering for large groups is pre-set tables with the salad and dessert at every place. Plenty of time for wilting and melting, not to mention contamination. Actual dinner service is slow, as the staff is clearly untrained in service technique. Not my favorite place.
The people at the Solan Convention Center are awesome. Mitch, Greg, and their team do an fantastic job.
