I wish I could leave two separate reviews because I feel like both of the practitioners I've been seeing deserve their own spotlight! I'll start with Sandy: I started seeing Sandy in January of 2025 after having severe symptoms of TMJD. Was not informed that they stopped taking insurance before my appointment!! I had been before and only paid a $15 copay, this time (as an established patient) they charged me over $100!!! I thought the chiropractor was a “nice” guy but is obviously driven by greed. Very disappointing. Will find someone else who takes insurance.

We are huge fans of LiveWellSLO and the services Sandy and his team provide. I recently got fitted for orthotics and they have been fantastic! Picked up a pair of orthotic sandals as well which have been great post-workout.
I've been seeing Sandy (for chiropractic care) and Mia (for massage) for years, but I just unlocked a new level with Kate (for acupuncture)! Not only is she warm, welcoming, kind, and compassionate, she is a miracle worker and highly skilled! I threw my back out recently and was lucky enough to get an appt with Kate.
