He was very friendly and took the time to explain what was wrong with my device. The turnaround time was quick, and the pricing was fair. I highly recommend this place for phone repairs! After having a broken screen on my Samsung Galaxy s23 Ultra for about a year, I finally decided to get it fixed, and the experience was excellent. The staff were friendly, understanding, and efficient, getting straight to the point. I’d suggest calling ahead to confirm they have the replacement screen for your phone model—they sourced mine directly from Samsung, which was a huge plus. Overall, it was a smooth and satisfying experience, and I’m thrilled with the results!
