This was my first visit to Slipacoff Dental - All of the staff were so nice! And Dr Tyler is fantastic! I had to get an extraction and was very nervous - his tone and explanations of the process were very calming and made me VERY comfortable I was in good hands. Then the procedure validated that! His injections for the freezing was phenomenal - he explained he likes to inject very slowly as it apparently minimizes any pain- he was right… I didn’t feel any of the needles!! 1st New Patient appointment today. Warm efficient welcome followed by a short wait and the best Dental cleaning experience I have ever received. Very pleased to be under their Dental Health Care.
Staff are friendly and helpful… Jody, the hygienist, is professional and has a wonderful way with people, her laugh is sincere! At Reception, the ladies are friendly. You can see the team working together making the client feel comfortable, and that they are of interest to the staff. Dr. Ryan, professional and genuine, which is clearly reflected by the staff!! One thing that I have noticed is the outside of the building, needs some TLC… flower beds need to be topped up and weeded…..
