Don't Buy Custom Seats! There was a problem with the order. But instead of solving the problem, they just went with can't do anything since you only had 14 days to return item (which I was not asking to be returned just to fix the actual order). BTW a $1,500 dollar product.
You can not get a human on the phone at 9:01 am (california time) and they open at 9:00 am. They do not return calls or emails in a timely fashion. I have started calling at 9;00 am and continued until 9:45 am with no answer. I could say more but right now I need some parts I ordered and if I find another site I will keep the public posted, right n ow I am waiting a phone call.
Stay away from these crooks. I bought an item from them that has caused damage to my bike. They will not have the owner call me. When I presented them with irrefutable evidence to them on how product was installed correctly but caused damage, now not even a response to my emails. Time for legal action.

Very quick response from customer support. I had an "issue" with one of my foam grips I ordered. They went above and beyond and replaced the grips. Which was really appreciated. Thanks once again.

Great customer service. I had a bad LED bulb I bought for my CanAm Spyder. I called them and sent pic of build not working and boom about 2-3 days later new bulb. Problem solved. Happy Customer. Just the way it outta be!!! Thx guys!!!!
