Good dealership, good people! A year ago my wife and I bought a Jeep Compass. We decided to try Slingerlands again. We bought a used Cherokee Trailhawk this week from Slingerlands. Nate B. who sold it us (awesome guy) didn't pressure us. He allowed me to test drive 3 vehicles late on a Friday without the typical grind or pressure. The transaction by the team was great the following week. Sold me a lemon. I bought a 2025 and has been to service over 5 times. Couldn't figure out what was wrong. After filing lemon law they refused to service my vehicle. DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THEM.
I came into last Saturday for an oil change, tire rotation and 2 recalls having to do with the back up camera. I picked up my car and drove it home approximately 1.5 hours later. I didnt drive it on Sunday, but when I started to go to work Monday am approximately 615 am, it wouldnt start. The outside/interior lights came on, and the fan worked, but the dash wouldnt light up. Jay did a FABULOUS job! He was so kind to me over the phone and in person. He kept me updated on what was going on during my service. I even saw him talking to other customers and I have to say that he is so empathetic and genuine and has one of the best customer service skills i’ve seen. Besides Jay, the service was conducted promptly and they charged a VERY fair price. They’ve just earned themselves my business for any future issues i have and purchases!
