Dr. Slinde is a wonderful chiropractor. He has helped me immensely with both neck and lower back pain. He's provided me with stretches and exercises to do at home to encourage self care and healing.

Dr. Slinde has been a part of my health care for twenty-three years. He has worked on me through minor adjustments, keeping my body aligned as I age and , through some major trauma with a compression fracture of my L3 vertebrae. Dr. Slinde worked at length with that injury! Along with working manually on me he gave me exercises to do and very helpful information on how to keep my lower back healthy, which I still practice to this day.
