RecommendedLove Slim’s Place... especially on Thursdays for their Cheesesteak special! Excellent menu with a variety of items and very friendly staff!
walked in, (9pm on a sat labor day weekend, golf cart bar hopping , adults having a good time! not obnoxious!) , no patrons wearing masks, but we wore them in, headed to a table, and unmasked, got yelled at, LOUDLY ACROSS THE BAR, ‘masks on!’ are you kidding me?! 🖕🖕🖕
Let’s just say that everyone loved their food. We have been coming to AMI for years and tonight was our first dining experience at Slim’s! 10/10 would recommend. Servers were fab, food was delish, oh and desert you ask? Yeah that slaps too. Yummy yummy in my tummy.
We vacationed for a week at Anna Maria Island and cooked at home every night except for our last night, because of covid-19. We chose Slim's because of the menu. We went early to avoid the 4th of July crowd, arriving at the restaurant between 4 and 5pm. No customers were in the restaurant when we arrived. The waitress came right over bringing regular menus along with the "specials" menu. Slim’s has hands down the best Philly cheesesteak (with cheese wiz) and Mac I’ve ever had. 10/10 would recommend!

Lots of people recommended this place but the food was subpar. Very overpriced for the quality we recieved. The nachos were soggy and the chicken tasted like it had been left uncovered in the fridge for DAYS. Only one waitress/bar tender for the entire packed out restaurant. Take your money elsewhere. Presentation was great but the food was not. Shrimp was SUPER salty. Lobster mac n cheese was ok.
