Slimans is just that slimy! They charged me $210 to diagnose a bad battery and then quoted me $704 to replace it!!!! They told me the part alone was almost $500 and I can get a OEM AGM battery for $179!!! Do not trust their estimates. And they literally told my extended warranty nonsense so it wouldn't be covered. $210 for something autozone tests for free!? I spoke to their service manager and the GM both rude and not helpful or understanding at all. Do not give this place your money! Total rip off!!!!
⚠️ 🚨The salesman name Chris is very misleading and he misrepresented your cars and your company. He should be fired. Called to speak to manager and never received a call back. Wouldn't recommend this car dealership. Taking our business elsewhere! Take the time to look at all the reviews before even consider purchasing 🏃♂️ don't 🚶♀️ away far away. Update Bill manager called and spoke with my husband. Just more talk 👄!
Mackenzie Harrison in the service department is one in a million! I have never experienced an automotive person who has been willing to bend over backwards to help a customer. She has put in hours trying to help me out of a difficult situation. All I can say is that if you go to Sliman’s service, ask to work with Mackenzie. And, Lenny in sales was great too. Nice person, willing to work on a potential solution to a difficult situation while applying no pressure on a decision on my part. Nice gentleman!! Yeah Sliman’s!!
Friday I was having issues with my car early in the morning’ later that day I had my car towed for these problems and was told that they had to send my car to the closest Jeep dealership to me, which was Slimans. While my car was at Slimans they informed us that my car needed a diagnostic assessment to determine what was wrong with my car, they assumed that it was the batteries.
