We have purchased multiple vehicles over the years at Slimans. Gene McCoy with sales is always excellent. Gene strives to accommodate his clients, and is always willing to advocate to make things right. I highly recommend! Other employees in the front also have been friendly and helpful. The sales manager (sorry, I don’t know name, but I can picture ) is fair and works within the confines of the business to get us a good price. The F&I process during a purchase can be unnerving. Inquired on 2022 grand cherokee summit through cargurus at $35,000 from sliman's. Slimans contacted me and indicated now $38,800. Bate and switch? Told them not interested in the jeep. Disapointed
Have had nothing but problems with rude service managers Travis and Devin. Tried to resolve problems with them since they let me take home my car and said they didn’t want it back and never resolved the problems, though it was leased there. No return phone calls, only rudeness also my car was taken home for a weekend and never asked me by an employee, to check for problems. Very disappointed in the service department,had a situation and the person who answered the phone had an attitude,she needs some customer service classes. Was not satisfied. I bought a vehicle didn't even have it 24 hrs and it had a flat tire was basically told oh well your problem we will plug when you get it here, that was from sales manager.
