Process was quick and easy. Sales was okay. F&I was okay. Doc Paperwork not okay. The unit was dirty upon delivery. It hadn't been cleaned. Very dirty . They slicked the tires though instead of washing it. Cabin and bay full of leaves and grime. Brand new unit.
I took my Challenger in for warranty work. I was smelling coolant inside. So, I also wanted my tires rotated, the coolant issue dealt with, and the dash cluster intermittently splotching out in black. A week later, I go to pick up my car. The tires haven't been rotated, they said they couldn't get the car to overheat/smell like coolant; but they did get the dash cluster that they had just installed a year ago, to start working correctly. I was going to bring my fleet vehicle here but with so many bad reviews of people getting ripped off, I can't do it. it's telling when an owner won't even reply to a bad review. it's like they're admitting guilt.
