After trying many other programs for weight loss this one is by far the best one ever! I learned a lot about myself as well as my eating habits! This program is based on real foods and not prepackaged meals, shots or starvation, all of which I had tried. I learned what foods to eat as well as portion size. I lost 115 pounds and 63 inches!!
