I lost 35 pounds in less than 6 months and have maintained for almost 2 years now. I was taught what to eat and what to avoid. I like the Boost drink and I still buy it for my morning drink because I do not like coffee. It is an excellent program and the counselors are very supportive. In fact they still check in with me to see how I am doing. I cannot recommend this program enough.

I could not be happier with the Slim 180 program. All you have to do is follow the program set up by your counselor. You will lose the weight! I have tried other weight loss programs only to fail. So far, I have lost 40+ pounds and plan to lose more. The counselors are great. They are here for you to keep you on track, monitor your progress, answer questions, make suggestions and adjust your program as needed. I wish I had found Slim 180 years ago! Thanks Theo for all your support. I know you have my back.

My wife and I both had great success with the Slim180 program. We lost 32 and 23lbs each. We had been stuck at the same weight for years and wanted a jump start to get down to where we wanted. We followed the program As Instructed by the Dr. and we lost almost exactly what he projected. Best part was we did not even cheat thru the 8 week program and are still going. We both exercise 2-3 times a week and continued to do so and never felt hungry or tired. I would recommend it to anyone.

I spoke to 2 ladies at the working womens show they were super nice and informative. I proceeded to book a consultation, when I went to the appointment at 9:00a.m.the lady was not there to open the location. When she arrived she proceeded to tell me I was not booked nor did they tell her I had an appointment. She was so annoyed with me the she just told me nothing about the program and said if I was interested I can just look up the info on the web site and proceeded to explain to that the packages are really pricey.
