I absolutely loved the Big Balls and mac and cheese. It was homemade and amazing! My husband had the Steak and Bleu panini made with brisket-delicious! Everyone should try it out-you won't be disappointed. We WILL be going back!

Genius creative breakfast/lunch/dinner menu, and a great soulful stories behind each meal and when and why the food is made with what, this is something that is truly rare to find in this area accompanied by top quality food while still feeling like a home cooked meal from Mom. The friendly atmosphere you experience when talking in makes the name truly sticks to the true vibe of a "Cafe".
Awesome food. Love the panni's, tomatoe soup, chili is kickin, loaded dog.....I love it all

My boss and I had just finished a job installing a copper roof on the Bernville Veterinarian clinic. We were tired, ached, and had worked up a ravenous appetite! We remembered a small restaurant we had tried last Fall in West Reading and headed to 400 Penn Avenue.
