Always so kind and attentive of all mine and my mom’s medical needs. Dr. Kandala is the best of the best.
Very positive experience with Dr.Kandala. He was very professional, thorough and articulate (with excellent bedside manners). My only complaint: It is almost IMPOSSIBLE to get the front desk on the phone. Please address this. Otherwise, you will lose patients.
On 9/30/2025 9:15 am I called to book appointments. The receptionist asked for my father’s details and then placed me on hold. I waited almost 10 minutes before the call was resumed. After providing my father’s information, I requested to schedule an appointment for my mother as well. At that point, I needed to quickly check her date of birth in my computer file, but the receptionist abruptly told me she did not have time for me and asked me to call back another day. I am disgusted by the unprofessional, rude, and passive-aggressive behavior from the front desk staff. I’ve been coming here for years, and the treatment I’ve received recently is unacceptable. They speak to patients with zero respect or courtesy. As a healthcare worker myself, I’m appalled that this kind of behavior is allowed to continue. Dr. Aparna and Dr. Kandala are fantastic doctors who have provided our family with great care for a decade. However, we have made the decision to switch to a new practice due to the consistently poor front office management. The office lacks basic organizational systems. There are no appointment reminders, no one checks back with you, and there is a general lack of consistency. As much as we value the doctors, the administrative chaos has forced us to leave.
