The tall (light-skin black guy w/ long hair - I didn't get the name but he deserves recognition) cashier that assisted me was so friendly and personable. He made some great recommendations for other things I can try on the menu. The food was good but customer service was even better.
Food came out better than expected!! Customer service was the best ever!! Highly recommend the buffalo tender mac bowl. Also loved the sign they have in the lobby.
I wanted to take a moment to give a huge shout-out to Jonathan(I believe he was the lead if I’m not mistaken). He went above and beyond today, and I feel it’s important he’s recognized for his outstanding service. Today, I came in with a group of 10 visually impaired women, and myself on a knee scooter. The food is good but whoever is running this store needs to get fired. I walked in to do their happy hour special for some mushrooms yesterday, and a young man was in the lobby. He wasn’t in a uniform but since another employee came from the back to hand him a phone I assume he worked there. He’s standing near me as I pay for my food and I can hear the manager yelling at him to get out over and over again through the phone.
