I got food from here at 9pm on a Friday night and I had a great experience! Jaylin served me in the drive thru and he was so friendly. He instantly boosted my mood, it was very refreshing to engage with someone with that level of energy and joy at his work. Customer service often feels like a lost art nowadays, but Jaylin has it perfected.
Went to drive thru and horribly slow. Took 36 minutes to get a sandwich. Asked others and they said the same. Sandwich was not good. I’ll never go back.
Food was decent, nothing spectacular. Fries were pretty cold, and it took 25 minutes from the time my order was placed til I received my food. Don't think I'll be back.
