Chicken wasn't fresh
I used to really love the food here. I’m not from South Carolina and hadn’t even heard of Slim Chickens until I got here in 2022 on active duty orders, but it quickly became one of my favorite spots. Lately though, my last three visits haven’t been the best. On two different occasions the chicken wasn’t fried enough, and on my most recent visit the tenders barely had any breading. I dined in today. Staff was amazing! The food was amazing! Sharon was so sweet and helpful helping me navigate ordering for the first time. The restaurant was well kept. I’m definitely coming back! I will recommend Slim Chickens to others!
